Eddie is the building supervisor and maintenance man at Arthur's Office. He interrupts John and Arthur as Arthur is trying to hide Parker's body, causing John to demand that Arthur make him leave. Arthur snaps at Eddie, who then threatens Arthur with harm if he sees him again. When Arthur returns, Eddie sees him and attacks Arthur, who then kills him.
Personality[]
Brusque and disinterested in Arthur at the beginning, his temper quickly turns when Arthur is rude to him. John is worried of Eddie's suspicion causing them problems.

History[]
Nothing is known about Eddie's personal life other than he lives alone. After his nosiness leads him to pester his way into Arthur's office, he leaves furious, and later confronts Arthur in the basement. He attacks Arthur suddenly, who shoots him twice, and is ultimately strangled to death by John as he gains control of Arthur's left hand for the first time.
Later, John speculates that Eddie may have attacked them not entirely of his own volition, and was being influenced somehow by the same supernatural forces affecting Kellin and others.
